Public Sector Reform has been an ongoing
process for the last twenty years, moving from structural
reform to service improvement through capacity building. While
aiming at modernising and strengthening the way public sector
is managed, public sector reform is also about enabling and
enhancing the delivery of services in an efficient, effective,
transparent and accountable manner.
The firm has adopted a dynamic approach based on a thorough
understanding of international institutions and public sector
stakeholders. Our broad spectrum of activities covers diagnostic
work, strategy design, change and performance management,
financial and organisational reviews and capacity building.
